This expansive basement in Dracut, MA was the perfect space for a Total Basement Finishing remodel. We designed a beautiful space that was large enough to include an entertainment area as well as a home gym!

Challenge: This home, like many in the middle of the Covid-19 era, is seeming more and more cramped every day. These homeowners wanted to create more space in their home by doing the most practical thing - better utilizing their existing home space. They wanted to remodel their basement to be more comfortable and stylish, to serve as a family room with added storage. 

Solution: TBF was happy to create an inviting and dry space where there was not one before. Using the TBF vinyl wall systems, all moisture will stay out while looking good. Some new shelves were installed in the closet to take a load off the rest of the house. Additionally, nice oak treads were installed on the staircase, along with a new open hand rail.

These homeowners in Lexington, MA wanted a cozy space for their mother to move in. Their basement was only half finished and they were using it as a space to just watch movies and hang out with friends. Since they wanted their mother feel as comfortable as possible, they decided to call Total Basement Finishing! 

To finish their basement, we create a bedroom, bathroom, and dining area. Not only will mom feel very comfortable, but she will also feel independent in her own space! 

This family transformed their cold, dark, damp basement into a multi-use living space with a contemporary look and comfortable feel.
