This is a recent basement finishing project we completed in Southern New Hampshire that features a spacious full bath, bedroom, and common area.

These homeowners in Lexington, MA wanted a cozy space for their mother to move in. Their basement was only half finished and they were using it as a space to just watch movies and hang out with friends. Since they wanted their mother feel as comfortable as possible, they decided to call Total Basement Finishing! 

To finish their basement, we create a bedroom, bathroom, and dining area. Not only will mom feel very comfortable, but she will also feel independent in her own space!
