An In-Law Apartment in Needham

Challenge
A family in Needham, Massachusetts, was looking to finish their basement for their daughter and son-in-law to move into. The basement was 900 square feet in total, which we would finish into a full bathroom, laundry, living room, game room, and kitchenette. Even before we began the project, the entire family was excited to start on their finished space.
Solution
We began the project by installing our paintable basement wall system, our linen wall tiles, and ThermalDry elite plank floor in Walnut. We enclosed the washer and dryer setup, added a full bathroom with a spacious tub and sizeable vanity. We then added recessed LED lights and Everlast basement windows throughout.
