A homeowner in Rockport, Massachusetts, reached out to us a few years ago to discuss finishing her basement. Ultimately, at that time, they decided to put an addition on their home and decided to prioritize that project first. They said they would reach back out when they were ready to move forward with the project. More recently, they did just that and called us back with an all-new vision for the space. Now, they've decided to add a guest room in the basement and a small area to spend time in. The basement is dry and a good height, making it easy to finish. Now, when it's time to begin their project, we will be ready to make their vision a reality.
