A couple owns a few properties around New England and are currently having their basement finished in their Greenland, New Hampshire home. It was an 800-square-foot space, and they used our EverLast paintable wall system in white around the perimeter. They added charcoal carpeted flooring, decorative post surrounds on the lally columns and linen ceiling tiles. We added recessed can lights and all new outlets, switches, and jacks. 

A man wanted two rooms finished in his basement in Greenland, New Hampshire. He was very handy and started construction himself years ago. However, he began this using traditional drywall construction. When we met with him, we discussed that we don't use drywall in our construction process. This is because we warranty all of our work and want to use products we're confident in. When drywall becomes wet, it absorbs water and can be completely ruined. The materials we use are inorganic and don't grow mold or mildew. Because of this difference, we ultimately didn't work together, and the homeowner chose to finish the basement himself.

A family just bought a home in Greenland and is looking to get an estimate to finish their walk-out basement. The basement is nearly 1400 square feet, making it a larder job. When speaking with any homeowner, it's important to explain the quality of our basement finishing system over the traditional drywall finish. While they recognized that ours was a longer-lasting basement finishing product, they decided to finish the space themselves using studs and drywall.

He liked our system and wanted to create a single open room with a basic design. His basement is 800 square feet, and finishing it should not be particularly complicated. They found us and decided they wanted our finishing system in their basement. We began with our EverLast wall system in White and finished linen ceiling tiles. We installed two new EverLast window inserts, recessed can lights, and a sewage ejector for their new bathroom. We added MillCreek Natural Oak flooring everywhere except for the new bathroom, where we used our standard tile flooring. Finally, we finished the staircase with a mahogany railing and trim.

A man living in a home in Wenham, Massachusetts, found our company through our affiliate company, Blackdog Builders. He was very happy with the results of his home renovation project and decided to look into finishing his basement as well. He had a basic idea of what he was looking for: A laundry room and a second family room. He wanted the family room to be more of a general-purpose room with good lighting and recessed lighting. The space is about 800 square feet in total, and he would like to finish half of it. The space does not have any water or flooding issues, making this a project without a hard deadline for them to begin. For that reason, they decided not to pursue the project as of yet. When they do, they will reach back out to us.

This project was for a couple in Hampton, New Hampshire. They were looking to finish their 1500 square foot basement to create an entertainment area and a small gym. We began by using our white Vinyl EverLast wall panel system, with metal studs. We placed decorative post surrounds on their existing posts, and added recessed can lighting. We finished the ceiling with our linen ceiling panels and added ThermalDry flooring. We then added 800 Square Feet of electrical baseboard heating and a SaniDry system to keep the space clean and dry. 

Some homes have beautiful basements. This Marblehead home, unfortunately, did not. Our clients never went into their basement. They hated it because it had a smelly stale old carpet and stained paneling. Our clients are into fitness, and they hated the idea of working out in a space that made them slightly nauseated. We are completely renovating the space! We're removing all the old carpet and paneling, finishing the space with our mildew and mold resistant product and we're adding a gorgeous wall covering mirror. Now our clients can work out in a clean and healthy space! 

A multi-family homeowner is looking to have her basement refinished. Because of the height of her ceiling and ductwork, this space will be used for dry storage. The floors were previously finished, and they are happy with them. Their walls, however, need to be refinished, which is why we used our EverLast vinyl wall system. We painted their ceiling black for a tidier appearance and replaced two older windows with EverLast basement windows. We replaced her lightbulbs with recessed LED lights and added a SaniDryXP air system to keep the space dry.

A couple with a young son are looking to have their basement finished in Marblehead, Massachusetts. They would like to have more space for storage that is dry and safe from the elements. For that reason, we are turning the area into clean storage. We began by painting the ceiling, leaving the large wooden ceiling beams exposed. We then added recessed LED lights, new outlets, some alarms, and doors. The doors we added were rustic, with aged bronze knobs, and the flooring we installed was Light Pecan ElitePlank. Finally, we added a SaniDry XP system. This gave them a great new, beautiful place to store their items.
