We are extrememely satisfied with the final results. I consider value a funciton of price and quality. The price was high but the quality was astronomically high,so I think I got a great value. I wouldn't recommend them to people with a budget, but I would to people who are looking for a first class design with the very best materials.

I have worked with another remodel company and I felt Blackdog did a better job preparing for the project from the beginning. They kept to the budget the entire time and I was not surprised with a remodel figure just before signing. I felt they had a good understanding of the big picture and stayed focused while we choose the products to be used. No remodel job is easy and you can never be 100% prepared but I felt it went as smooth as it possibly could.

The lead fellow, Allen, was outstanding and here everyday to follow up and make sure things were done properly. I have already recommended Blackdog Design Build Remodel to a friend.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Blackdog did for us. Lucien, Pat, and Joyce were very professional and attentive to us and the project. Our original designer left the company and Pat took over in the latter half of the design period. Pat did a wonderful job transitioning us and making us feel comfortable with her. Lucien did excellent work and is clearly very talented. He was always pleasant and courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us informed of the progress of the project and to ensure that each stage of the project was completed in a timely manner. We would recommend Blackdog Design Build Remodel without hesitation.

The team approach at Blackdog is very effective and efficient. Everyone was collaborative, expert at their job, calm, and easy to work with.
