Basement Finishing Before & After Photos

This is a recent basement finishing project we completed in 2018 in Littleton, MA that features a stunning home bar, theater and seating area, recreational area, and bathroom. When wanting to expand your living space, why build up or out when you can make your basement look like this? 

This desolate and dank basement in Manchester, NH was transformed by our team into a beautiful space that could accommodate a light and inviting child's bedroom as well as a cozy family room!

A Litchfield family was looking for a little more space for their kids. They wanted to add a playroom and guest bedroom to their basement, but they were worried about the damp conditions. Since Total Basement Finishing is made for damp humid environments, this Litchfield family was able to add more space, without worrying about costly water damage.

Challenge: This home, like many in the middle of the Covid-19 era, is seeming more and more cramped every day. These homeowners wanted to create more space in their home by doing the most practical thing - better utilizing their existing home space. They wanted to remodel their basement to be more comfortable and stylish, to serve as a family room with added storage. 

Solution: TBF was happy to create an inviting and dry space where there was not one before. Using the TBF vinyl wall systems, all moisture will stay out while looking good. Some new shelves were installed in the closet to take a load off the rest of the house. Additionally, nice oak treads were installed on the staircase, along with a new open hand rail.

This Westford home had a partially finished basement. They had musty carpet and unfinished walls and ceilings. For a family who loves to work out, this space was just not cutting it. Nobody want's to exercise in mildew! 

Our crew was able to dress up the space, and the parquet floor looks amazing!
