A Litchfield family was looking for a little more space for their kids. They wanted to add a playroom and guest bedroom to their basement, but they were worried about the damp conditions. These Hudson, NH homeowners were pretty organized, but they wanted a space that was both practical and beauitiful. 

Challenge: This home, like many in the middle of the Covid-19 era, is seeming more and more cramped every day. These homeowners wanted to create more space in their home by doing the most practical thing - better utilizing their existing home space. They wanted to remodel their basement to be more comfortable and stylish, to serve as a family room with added storage. 

Solution: TBF was happy to create an inviting and dry space where there was not one before. Using the TBF vinyl wall systems, all moisture will stay out while looking good. Some new shelves were installed in the closet to take a load off the rest of the house. Additionally, nice oak treads were installed on the staircase, along with a new open hand rail.
